Have you attempted to have a workout plan? 
Is a workout plan now just a far gone thought?
Everyday, we should have the goal of bettering ourselves. Yes, I know, we have busy lives.  There are only 24 hours in the day.  Between work, family, personal time, recreation, cleaning, and shopping....who has time?
