While everyone else is looking doom and gloom. I am running around like a cheerleader, go team go. Sales in my market are off the chart. Contract pendings have doubled over this time last year. Granted quite a few are short sales, but eventually they do get to closing. The media is even jumping on board. I read an article today that the housing market had a "Surprise jump in Home Sales". Now this is noteworthy news. Lets ring the bell loud, the home buyers are coming, the home buyers are coming. I see a great real estate Spring and Summer. I'm happy, how about you?
