Eden Prairie Houses are selling-
In recent weeks we have seen an uptick in active buyers in the Eden Prairie market. We have put together several deals and have talked with other Eden Prairie Realtors that are seeing the same trend.
Buyers are still looking for value and are demanding market data including sold comps within the past 6 months to justify a decision. If they cannot substantiate the value of a property they are uninterested in by looking at comps, they will simply not buy.

Housing is still a need and not a "want"
Here in Minnesota we have seen a market drop to prices lower than most of us ever
predicted. The perfect storm has occurred over the past couple of years in the middle of the
worst economy in 80 years. Yet still housing remains a neccessity and not a luxury. Most
people have changed the way they look at their home these days. It has moved from what
most called a great investment, to merely a place to raise your family.
