selling: Mailing out to a Apt. complex - 11/08/07 09:12 AM
I am selling the Skyline Condos in Austin Texas.  There is an apartment complex call the Robertson Hill apartments next door.  They rent from 1,200 to 3,000 a month and the tenants would be perfect for our residence.  My question to the AR communities is how would you go about marketing to this unique situation.
