At one time I got 15-16% of my business from open house leads and they have continued to be a regular factor in my business plan. Lately, however, I'm having second thoughts as my traffic has dwindled to little or nothing. Several other agents in our office have seen similar results and in thinking about it, I wonder if the culprit isn't technology.
