Market activity in the Cities of Lowell, Lawrence, & Methuen remains relatively stable. This is due in large part to the high numbers of Bank Owned Foreclosed properties which continue to attract investors to these cities. The Town of Billerica continues to see steady demand, and the Median and Average Sales prices of single famiy homes in Billerica increased slightly for the second straight month.
