I feel as though a lot of what goes on in our Real Estate market goes on the mass of peoples opinions.  It seems as though buyers are waiting to find out when the housing market will reach the bottom and then buy.  WELL!!!  Buyers are up by some 2% last month from a little tid bit of radio news I heard this morning.  Hopefully more buyers will jump on the bandwagon and help turn this market around and if not jumpstart the growth in home values...atleast provide the bottom that everyone is looking for!
