Look for the Charlotte International Association of Home Staging Professionals Regional Chapter (CIRC) to Stage the WCNC Charity House in Overlook at Mt. Island Lake this spring.  The home is a High Performance home and we will be incorporating "green" staging techniques to complete this home for public viewing.

Vacant Rooms Are A Hard Sell - 01/17/09 08:58 PM
I recently had the pleasure of completing this traditional vacant home staging in Charlotte, NC.  This huge formal living room was - as usual - a confusing space for buyers.  I could really picture a nice seating area on one end, and a piano on the other end of the room.  It wasn't cost effective for me to bring in a piano, so I arranged a desk area so buyers could see that there was plenty of room to fit whatever items they could possibly want.
