documents needed for mortgage approvals: Looking to buy a home??? - 04/30/09 09:03 PM

Will you need a mortgage when you buy a home? Chances are if you are like most people you will need one. Doesn't it make sense to get approved ahead of time and get a list of all the documents that you will need in order to get approved so you can be prepared? I mean what if you are looking, and looking and looking and then all of a sudden bam...you find the perfect home. Put it under contract and then discover that your W-2 form is missing and that last paystub well you don't have it!!! Yikes you could … (0 comments)
