fha direct endorsed lender: I need a Pennsylvania Direct Endorsed Lender FHA??? - 03/09/09 06:18 PM

My brother in law is trying to refinance and the mortgage broker is trying to hose him and charge
1% loan origination $350 processing $750 administration fee I have no problem with these fees. What I have a problem with is the additional 2.6% for a mortgage brokerage fee being over $3,600! This fee is absurd. so now instead of net back to him being 9,000 it is only about $4,400!!!
Does anyone out there know of a GOOD, FHA direct endorsed lender that is honest and won't gouge my brother in law on closing costs? He has perfect credit and been on … (0 comments)
