The following HTML code is used for building web site content. Send this type of content to your webmaster and he or she will think you hung the moon.
First, use WordPad or Notepad because Microsoft Word inserts code into your work that's icky and very much hated among those who build websites. (Trust me)

One of the useful tools provided for free in the Google Webmasters Tools suite is called Google Sitemaps. You can login to this Google portal and track all your websites. This Google section is becoming more robust by the day for those of us interested in natural search engine optimization.
