I spoke with an agent the other day about closing gifts for clients.  So many of us are gift basket givers, gift cards, so on and so on...but, we give the gift for more than one reason.
 
Reason 1: we truly do appreciate the business and trust.  That deserves a gift.  The client has given us a gift of trust, the least we can do is recognize that with a token of appreciation.
Reason 2: we want to be remembered the next time they need an agent.
Because of the second reason I propose a few ideas:

This was a statement from my very own brother just yesterday!  Actually, he was right!  We were video chatting about Christmas plans and who was bringing what to dinner, etc.  I was still in my sweat pants and undershirt with bed head and he could most likely smell my breath through the computer screen.  
I got to thinking about it and really have to say how blessed I am.  My brother sells supplemental insurance for elderly, and this time of year is absolutely crazy for him.  He works at least 12 hr days for 2 months straight, and is a … (0 comments)
