I recently recieved my property tax notice, along with everyone else in Utah. To my suprise they tax comissioner is showing my home worth $100,000. more than it actually is. This is the second year in a row this has happened, which wouldn't be so bad, if I could actually sell my home for what their tax says. Apparently because their building huge homes up behind us with a golf course, and because their getting $300,000. to $500,000. just for a lot the rest of us should also pay. It doesn't matter if you have a .10 or 1.00 acres it's … (12 comments)
