Most Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools I have looked at seem bloated to me.  I am curious, as a realtor, what tools do you use and which features are useful?  I am thinking of making a striped down version that is inexpensive yet useful and would love to hear from you.  Also, what sort of file extentions would be useful for it to "play nice" with other software you may use?  I look forward to hearing from you!  Thank you,
