There are plenty of questions you need to ask a Realtor when you are selling your home.  Here is a good list to get you started.  Go back and read Part 1 if you missed it.

2. How can I contact you?

While your house is on the market you will often want to be in contact with your broker.  Updates from tours, results from an open house, feedback from a showing and more are all important events that you should inquire about.  You want to be able to reach your broker or a member of the team with ease to get updates as well as quick responses to any urgent matters that may arise.

Having a hard to reach Realtor can add unnecessary stress to the home selling process.  Asking pertinent questions and making inqueries from others before the house selling process has begun can help you judge for yourself how responsive and contactable a real estate broker will be.

Question to the reader: How quickly do you expect a resonse from a Realtor when placing a request for information?
