The link above is the PowerPoint  from a presentation that I saw in Columbus last week. It was put on by Dr. Paul Bishop, VP of Research for NAR. Great information about the state of our economy and housing industry. We need jobs, conmumer confidence, and an end to the bad news.
The tax credits have certainly helped us, but there seems to be a disconnect between the program and first time buyers. NAR has great commercials running on TV right now, but does Gen X and Y watch television? It's up to each of us to tell the story, … (2 comments)
