I was talking to the folks in our Mastermind Group the other day and realized that we, as realtors have a much more difficult job to do than back in the days of a seller's market.  Gone are the days of taking a listing(maybe a little overpriced) and having offers in 2-3 weeks and selling it for full price. We need to be able to actually price a home at or below  market value and convince the seller of the importance of doing so. Is Greed Really Good Mr. Gekko? - 12/10/07 06:03 PM
It is amazing the magnitude of this subprime thing. It reminds my of Gordon Gecko's infamous line in the movie "Wall Street": "The point is ladies and gentlemen that Greed is Good, Greed is right, Greed clarifies, it cuts through and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit". IS GREED REALLY GOOD MR. GEKKO?
 
 In this case, the greed of the loan officers for their fees all the way up to the CEO's that got fired for their greed ...  IS GREED REALLY GOOD GORDON?
