Sometimes as a real estate professional we may need to have someone else read the description when putting together a listing on the MLS.  Even, the seller clients may read it and miss a spelling mistake or alternate meaning. This can misconstrue a listing's meaning such as, 
 
"Drop dead view off front porch"
"Quiet neighborhood except when planes are landing"
"Step out to beautiful river"
               A beautiful river at your door is not always so nice (South Carollina flood per Reuters)
 
As an example of meaning misconceptions and spelling, I noticed this internet email with "actual resume lines"
