The U.S. Federal Reserve has confirmed a 0.75% increase in the federal funds rate today. Mortgage rates increased to 6% accordingly in anticipation of this increase. During an open house near a main street, I noticed a man driving slowly past the house. This seemed normal as lookey loos often do this to look and write down the address. The man continued driving to the corner when he saw the flash of a traffic camera.
