Well its a tough time for a lot of brokers both real estate and mortgage. I feel that if you have networked properly in the past and continue to work hard you will see the end of the real estate/mortgage woes. Products will start coming back to help loosen up our tight market. I have learn that there really is a ton of business out there. And that you must go and get it, not just wait for the phone to ring. Brokers are a dime a dozen. But a good broker is one in a million. I feel I am a great mortgage broker.
