Still looking for Independant/Assisted Living, Nursing Homes (LAND AND BUSINESS) or hotel-apartment building-student housing community which can be converted I would like to say a minimum of 50 units/beds depending on area or features smaller properties may be o.k. NO RESIDENTIAL HOUSE CONVERSIONS please UNLESS ESTATE or RESORT TYPE . No loopnet or open publicised properties belonging to other brokers. You can refer or we can share deal but I need answers and deal progression on demand so please no extensive middlemen.
