A recent study determined that homeowers are willing to walkaway after their homes start to decline by more than 10%.

This lawsuit (link below to a san diego news article) may give homeowners the leverage they need to strengthen their arguments just enough to avoid taxation and fight the destruction to their credit.
Watching for the facts that come out of this case.
