First Time Homebuyer's Tax Credit Time Running Out - 10/19/09 10:23 AM
The $8,000 tax credit deadline is quickly approaching. I've seen nor heard any indication as to whether the government is going to extend this or not. If you are thinking about taking advantage of this it's time to act. This program has truly helped to stimulate home sales in NW Indiana, as well as other parts of the Country. There are other first time tax credit programs such as the MCC program that will continue after Nov 30th, and others as well, but this is the best deal going. Edgewood Subdivision Grand Opening a Huge Success - 10/19/09 10:07 AM
Century 21 Pace Estates was host to a Grand Opening at Edgewood Sudvision in Valparaiso Indiana on US 30 Oct 15, 17 and 18th. I was part of the team chosen by Judy Fischer and Minakshi Ghuman, along with Scott Heuring, Jennifer Huck, Theresa Toth and Becky Olesh. We had homebuyers from Illinois and Indiana stop by to find the excellent quality of the homes, and the perfectly placed subdivision in Porter County with prices starting at $212,400. Excellent prices for maintainence free living in Porter County Indiana.

Discovery Charter School - 10/19/09 09:56 AM
Yesterday while hosting a Grand Opening at a subdivision in Valparaiso, I met a woman and child who were out househunting. I was able to share a lot of information about the current market prices, taxes and so forth with her. I in turn learned something very interesting from her.  I was excited to find out that the Duneland area has been selected by Ball State University for a new "green" school that will give children in the area grades K through 6 the opportunity to learn by utilizing a standards-based integrated environmental curriculum.
