Hospital is going up very fast, which will draw more families to our area by creating more jobs,
and strengthening it's medical services to it's community, and neighboring communities. If 
any of you have tried to find the hold Porter Hospital, you will appreciate that it's new location

MCC Tax Credit in Indiana for First Time Home Buyers - 02/17/11 05:14 PM
The Mortgage Credit Certificate program offers first-time homebuying Hoosiers a Federal tax credit. The tax credit amount ranges between 20% and 35% of the interest paid on a mortgage each year, depending on the mortgage loan amount. The maximum credit per year is $2,000. This program is available on a limited basis when announced by IHCDA.

Hotmail Phishing Scam - 02/17/11 04:45 PM
I just received this email suposedly from Hotmail. Looked like a scam, googled it, and found out that it is a phishing scam, and should be deleted.  Here's how it read:

Anyone having trouble managing all of their social networking sites. Hootsuite will manage 5 for free.
I'm giving it a try to see if I will be more efficient in posting to all of my sites on a regular basis.
