- I have been very busy working with homeowners in both Putnam and Dutchess Counties for the past month. The market has flattened out and it appears that a large percentage of properties are over assessed. I can help assist local homeowners in evaluating there full market value of there residence. I will do a preliminary analysis and if it appears to be a discrepancy I will complete a appraisal report using the most similar comparable properties. The homeowner can than fill out all the necessary paper work and begin the process of grieving there taxes and be on there way to saving tax dollars
