Good Tuesday Morning!—It may come as a complete surprise to you, but I did not post yesterday! I made a few comments—but no post. Medford didn’t post, nor did Carl, Harold, Fred, or even the imaginary Molly. Boomer doesn’t post (yet—I’ve been working on him). Since all our other characters are imaginary—they did not post either. So just what does a Codger do if he doesn’t post? Whatever he wants! Yep, Med & I are enjoying our (porcelain, not China, but made in China) Codger Collectible™ mugs of organically & shade-grown, Fair Trade, Guatemalan Roast coffee—right here on my just redrawn back porch, complete with a borrowed from Boomer’s back porch Pruett’s Pig Powders thermometer securely fastened to the pillar (this is so I don’t have to take the steps necessary to upload a separate image)! In the Real World, this Saint Paul morning according to Pruett’s, is a seasonable temperature of 51ºF, and according to the “Weather Channel,” a predicted high of 66ºF & sunny! Here at our “Cyber Estate Sales Office,” it is a pleasant 72ºF with a light breeze, providing us as always, a virtually perfect morning! This morning we are seeking technical advice on the lending aspect of real estate. Don’t you just hate it when you are having a great time, and responsibility kicks you in the shins—and reminds you there are things that must be done. Today, where it is a less than seasonal +22ºF, with enough of a wind to make it feel like +10ºF here on Boomer’s back porch, is one of those times. I spent a short time this morning in “RW*” Old Saint Paul, and found it to be a mild 42ºF with a mostly cloudy sky. The predicted high for today is near 55ºF, winds WNW at 5 to 10 mph, and the chance of rain about 40%.
