I've been dealing with this terrible sinus infection and plugged ears for four days after 10 days of what was diagnosed as "acute pharyngitis" - think cold and flu combined (but no vomiting, just nausea and dizziness all day).  Worst feeling ever, like a zombie.  Needless to say, I'm recovering but have been exhausted!  I picked up my one and a half year old from daycare the other day who loves to carry my keys.  He was holding them while I put him in his car seat.  In the back of my mind I knew that he had just hit the lock button, but out of habit I took the keys from him and threw them up front, closed the door and walked around to the driver's side to find it locked! 

Of course my son is strapped in his carseat laughing and having a great time, my phone and purse are now locked in there, and my husband is at work and cannot leave.  I go back into the daycare, and we try calling pop a lock, but because there's a child in there they say we have to call police or fire.  So, a big firetruck comes out (which is one of my son's favorite words) all to unlock a car door!  Quite a scene.  My son was a trooper and just hung out in the car looking at everyone.  Luckily it wasn't hot out and there were plenty of people around to help me out!  

What a day, but it's something we'll probably laugh at for a long time to come!  Anyone else had one of those days that you're like, really?
