Our Rock County Wisconsin Real Estate market has declined for three years in a row. Not only in price, but number of sales as well.
The Recession-Depression has hit us extremely hard because of unemployment and a General Motors plant closing. If fact, one of the cities in our marketplace, Beloit, WI still has 13%+ unemployment rate.
