Empty homes feel cold.   You can take a buyer into empty home and then into a model home and you will be able to see the difference on their faces.  Staged homes give a buyer a look at how their home could look under perfect circumstances.   A buyer never walks into a model homes and imagines countertops full of clutter or garbage cans full of trash.  No, they see the wonderful decor and know their homes could be that perfect.   That is why I have a couple of boxes of "staging" items.  It isn't expensive and it doesn't take alot of … (1 comments)
