Some of the options offered by the builder for the Acadia/Durango were and extended master bedroom, a casita with full bath or powder room, and a master bedroom sitting area replacing the den. The second quarter of 2015 showed mixed signals for the Anthem Country Club real estate market. Home sales were up dramatically from the first quarter of the year as well as the same time last year. The drop in the average sale price year over year (-2%) is still a bit of a concern, but much like last quarter, the smaller, less expensive homes are selling which is still holding the average sale price down a bit.
