Hello?
That's the response I get from about half the calls I make to Realtors on a daily basis.  No identification, just "hello".  This has, and always will be one of my pet peaves.  Not just with real estate agents, but with anyone who is in business for themselves. 
Now, one of the first things I learned upon entering the business world when I was young, was how to answer the phone properly.  You ALWAYS indetify yourself and/or the company you for which you are employed.  You're not 16 any more answering the phone at your parent's house.  You own a … (5 comments)
