Activity increased in Anthem for the month of September. And the average sale price ticked back up again. Overall for the entire 2011 year, the average sale price is only down 3.1% from a a year ago. The number of homes on market is inched up again to 209, about a 2 months supply. The number of homes currently under contract edged down slightly. Year over year sales have fallen by 25%. Country Club homes sales fell off sharply in August, down to only 1 closing. So analysis of month to month and year over are pointless due to the small sample size.
