Right now, the market has appeared to pick up in the lower price ranges. The first time buyers have been motivated by the Federal Housing $8,0000 Tax Credit.
What happens when that goes away? Is their motivation going to dissolve just as that tax credit will on November 30, 2009. Will things get WORSE? I have had clients who decided to buy this year, as apposed to in the future, just for the sake of that.

So there I have it, ive created my profile, and I am trying to get this site down. It doesn't like any of the links I apply, and all of my photos appear to be to large. But I am determined.

In this business, there are two kinds of us out there.
Those that treat this as a job, part time, working our schedule of clients around whats convenient for us, doing a deal once in a while when it falls on our lap. No harm done, many agents enjoy this. Great for you!

All 145,690 of us here on Active Rain have different methods, techniques and ideas that we incorporate into our business. Everyone of us has things that work, and things they don't.
My tid-bit, be as active on as many sites as you can, anything with your name and the business you are working for is a great thing. Make as many free profiles, spread your blogs to all the sites you can, get yourself out there.

Helps keep the stress away.
Ive found this to be true. I significantly notice that things tend to go a lot smoother if I take just a few minutes in the morning of being active on the web makes me feel a lot better. I take a few minutes to read some posts, and I generally carry that knowledge throughout the day, discussing topics that have appeared on here in the office.
Activerain has turned into such a pleasure, as a resource, and as a networking tool.
