We have all read endlessly about the $8,000 tax credit available to qualified buyers that close on their first home prior to December 1st, 2009.
A few things you might remind your buyers about with this credit.
1. The price that they are searching in is the most active price range in the market right now. They are not the only ones buying their first home, and when the deal comes on, they better be able to make a decision.

I wanted to share with you the National Association of Home Builders Website, on the $8,000 Tax Credit.This website is a great website to inform yourself, and to send your clients to when they have questions.Way to often I hear agents telling their clients "what they think" the tax credit is, and when they end up being far from the truth, it makes them look very silly. If you don't know the answers, either find them, or send your clients to a credited resource.

Another renter converted to homeowner in Mason County
I got the long awaited privilege to hang my SOLD sign, after waiting for the deal to close before doing so, as to not Jinx it.
It was a fairly smooth deal, that closed in 31 days. The listing agent,Valerie Spaulding, and myself, worked very hard on this deal, and met our goal of closing it before the end of the year.
This sale was another first time home buyer, and I was just as excited as could be to be involved in the purchase of his first house at just under $200,000.
