The median sales price in Brigantine has dropped to a 4 year low of $323,250. This represents a drop of 11% from last years figure of $362,500. The number of sales has dropped approximately 20% from 2008 and the total dollar volume has dropped 30% from 2008. This bodes well for buyers looking for either a 2nd home or a primary. We feel that things have bottomed out and 2010 should produce a substantial increase in sales.
