It seems that everywhere I go people are asking me if the market has picked up.  I would have to say, yes, based on my experience.  It feels busier!  I understand that the news has conflicting stories, but it seems that I am getting more calls and offers from buyers as well as more closings.  I also seem to be getting more calls from agents wanting to show my listings.  That's a good sign!

Matt and Kelli finally chose a name for adorable little McKinley Mae Bagley!  Good news!  She is starting to nurse on her own which means we are getting closer to the day when she can enjoy her real home with Mommy and Daddy in Cedar City, Utah!  For now, she is doing well in NICU (Newborn Intensive Care Unit).

Arriving approximately 6 1/2 weeks early, baby girl Bagley (we hope she gets a name soon) was a bit premature and obviously very excited to hug her parents and grandparents in the outside world!  She weighed in at 5 lbs. 8 oz. and was 17 1/2 inches short!  She's absolutely one of the most beautiful babies in the universe and may even have Kelli's strawberry blonde hair!  I'm already looking forward to helping my gourgeous new granddaughter buy her first home!
