Next To God, Family, Loved Ones & Country, I'm Most Grateful For My Home! - 11/27/10 06:22 PM
Thanksgiving was spent with my husband, children, their spouses, grandchildren and my mom. It was absolutely delightful! We enjoyed a fabulous meal, games, good conversation and much love and hugs. We each took turns saying what we were grateful for and tried to remember what each other family was thanksful for. It was sad to depart and make the 4 hour drive back to Cedar City. As we arrived home, I felt deep sense of peace, security, satisfaction and love for my own home. It's great to spend time with family and on vacations, but it's always nice to come home. "There's no place

Tomorrow Is Thanksgiving; And I, For One, Am Very Grateful For My Home! - 11/24/10 11:08 PM
What an amazing blessing it is to own your own home! I can't think of anything more satisfying except relationships with family friends and loved ones. Why rent? Why buy a home for your landlord? Why deal with someone telling you whether you can hang pictures on your wall or have your dog in the home? Why let your landlord have the tax write-offs that you need? With everything in line to benefit the buyers in this market including large inventory of beautiful homes, low interest rates, affordable home pricing and low-down loans, I would think there would be a rush to buy

Buyers Benefit by Using REALTOR With ABR Designation When Buying Home! - 11/22/10 08:08 PM
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) is the national designation buyers should watch for when choosing their real estate agent to purchase their home. ABR is more than just letters behind an agent's name. This designation means the agent is highly trained in buyer-representation which is very important to buyers in this market. Please call Janet Naisbitt-Bagley, ABR, CRS, ERS, GRI, SFR, Associate Broker, Premier Agent at ERA Realty Center in Cedar City, Utah 435-865-1019 or 800-934-3742 or email naisbitt@infowest.com for help with all of your needs whether referring, buying or selling. Cedar City, Utah, Real Estate, Foreclosures & Homes Priced-Like Foreclosures! - 11/19/10 07:59 PM
Buyers often call and want a list of foreclosures! That blocks out many of the best buys on-the-market! Many sellers are pricing to compete with the foreclosures to catch the buyers. Therefore, buyers will also want to ask for the bargain homes that are priced-like-foreclosures. It benefits the buyers to look at the entire inventory when selecting the homes they want to tour at www.homesincedarcity.com. Naisbitt-Bagley team can help with every home which saves hours of time for the buyer! New construction is also a good value option in our real estate market. Two of my favorite subdivisions are Hidden Hills Cove and Equestrian

Veterans Day and Thanksgiving Go Well Back To Back! - 11/13/10 06:18 PM
Two days ago we honored our veterans with a special holiday and rightly so. I took my husband, who is also a veteran, to dinner. We spoke of how thankful we are for this great country and for the wonderful freedoms that we enjoy. Our freedom comes at great cost. Our hearts are filled with deep gratitude for all who have served, who are now serving and who will serve to preserve the blessings we enjoy in this great country! May God be with all of them and with America always. Thanksgiving is just around the corner with more opportunities for us to focus on the

Real Estate Gives Agent A Real Scare! Haunted? - 11/01/10 03:15 PM
I was reading blogs today and came across a story of a haunted listing. I replied that I believe in ghosts and asked the agent if she was able to find out anymore after doing some research. She said her story was seriously true in her blog. I don't know if I'm a sponge, or if I'm right to believe her that the home is haunted. I've never been in a haunted house that I know of, but I do believe people when they tell me ghost stories. I've heard that ghostly activity can even be recorded. I'd love to know
