Are Home Mortgage Interest Rates On The Rise? - 03/25/11 06:44 PM
According to an email I received from Steve Florio at Mortgage Family on March 24, 2011, "Mortgage interest rates reversed course this week, rising as the U.S. Treasury began selling off mortgage-backed securities and investors' optimism about the U.S. economy overcame concerns about global events." I do market aggressively to get their price online, in magazines, on radio, on TV and just about everyplace that I think a buyer might go. I explain that there are 3 things that sell a home (3 comments)
