I say a resounding, "Yes!" I recently read an article by Brian Tracy in a blog from Steve Florio of Mortgage Family titled, "The Key to Sales Success." I agree that "The ability to listen well is absolutely indispensable for success in all human relationships." That's true for sales as well as in life. I was very impressed with his article. The only way we can give a client the service he deserves is by listening to what he wants and needs. Short Sale, Foreclosure, Loan Modification, Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure? What? - 09/09/11 11:35 PM
When oh when can we just go back to resales and new construction with hardly any distressed sales any more? I feel so sad for the sellers who can't make their payments because they lost their jobs or have some other hardship; and yet, I feel so strongly that the payments should be made because a commitment was made to pay them. But how? It seems for many there just is no way. I certainly don't know the answer. Everything seems all confused in today's world. I want it fixed, but I don't know what can be done to fix it. This morning I woke up early. My husband was sleeping soundly, and I didn't want to wake him up. I started thinking about all of the things for which I am grateful including life itself! After thinking of hundreds of things to be thankful for, I started my day with a beautiful warm and satisfying sense of well-being. All is right in my world today in spite of the problems around me. It doesn't matter what our field of business is, a positive and thankful attitude can bring us success. The universe will work in our favor if we want it to! (2 comments)
