I was recently in a class on Procuring Cause and became aware of the misconception of the subject. This is what I got out of it! Several class members seemed to be confused and had this wrong. There are so many items that come about in arbitration to cause a panel to consider procuring cause. To discus what procuring cause is not, one it is not who first showed the property! There is a new noise ordinance that will be in effect July 1, 2007 in Denver targeted to restrict motorcycles with noise levels over 82 decibels. I verified this the other day with a friend of mine in the sheriffs department at Castle Rock. But the piece that makes most of us illegal is you must have stock pipes on your bike. They will visually check for the EPA stamp that is engraved into stock pipes. This has now come to Castle Rock Colorado my home town.
