8 Tips to Guide for Your Home Search 1. Research before you look. Decide what features you most want to have in a home, what neighborhoods you prefer, and how much you'd be willing to spend each month for housing. 2. Be realistic. It's OK to be picky, but don't be unrealistic with your expectations. There's no such thing as a perfect home. Use your list of priorities as a guide to evaluate each property.3. Get your finances in order. Review your credit report and be sure you have enough money to cover your down payment and closing costs. Then, talk (2 comments)

Happy Phagwah - 03/23/08 08:44 PM
Yesterday started Phagwah, the Hindu New Year. Today we went to a park in Cooper City, Fl. Picolo Park. At this celebration everyone is soaked with colorful dyes, baby powder and lots more. Music, food, adn family gatherings. This celebration last for a full week. So this coming weekend in West Palm Beach will be another gathering and getting fully dyed from head to toe. Boy by the time I got home I was orange, pink and purple from my kids shooting the dye at me. We had a blast. So to everyone Happy Phagwah and Happy Easter! Can you just imagine how I felt. I am trying to call people I know to see how close they were, just my luck, no one close. I started to knock (7 comments)
