Back in July I posted about a local Mortgage Broker who was being convicted of mortgage fraud. I have gotten several comments from friends of his that he was innocent and his name was just being taken through the mud. Well today in the paper this is what I found:
U.S. District Judge William Dimitrouleas said Anthony Dehaney, 57, led a plan that cost banks millions and his sentence should send a signal to others tempted to skirt the law "to make a quick easy buck."

ActiveRain You've done it again. While I was in the hospital the other day, I got an email for AR. I first I glanced over it thinking it was a Lead for the lead genarotor AR has, but when I looked over it again it wasn't.

I'm sure some of you have been wondering what happened to me. Last week on Sunday I had tweeted I was admitted to the hospital with severe abdominal pain. I had it for two days, was not able to walk and all.
So here is what happen. I went in around 9 am with such bad pain that the ER doctor couldn't even exam me. Within the hour I had an x-ray, ultrasound, and CT done. Which in a ER is very fast! Came back from all the test and the doctor tried again and I couldn't take it. He then … (13 comments)

OK so I got a couple of emails wondering whether or not I closed today. It was fishy for awhile whether or not it was going to happen. Again back and forth I was between the title company and the lawyers office. Not the lawyer of course!
But indeed I got an email that the final documents were back from the sellers (bank) and were all signed! The lawyer signed the HUD statements and we are good.

iXplore The World Today is my daughter's birthday. She has been in New York for a week now and is coming home today. I have been making preprations for her. I re did her room from top to bottom. Took me all weekend to do it, and did the finishing touches today.

Tamarac Youth Soccer First Game - 12/16/08 02:01 PM
So as I have told you before, my children are now playing soccer for the city of Tamarac. There first game was this past Saturday. They all looked so cute with there uniforms. My daughter wasn't playing since she was in New York, so her Coach told her in there last practice that they would win for her! She was all happy! All the parents were excited and wondered how they would hold up. Most of the kids were playing for the first time. I have to say they did a great job!! Butterfly World ~ Holiday of Lights - 12/12/08 06:42 PM
Last month I posted about a bike ride through Butterfly World for the Holiday of LIghts. We never made it to it. It was to cold that night and the kiddos were sick.
So we decided the other night to take the car and drive through it. I loved the kids reactions. They have never been through it before and loved all the different lights that were up.
Of course I recorded some of it for you. How could I not!

OK I was tagged by Dinah Lee Griffery for a Christmas Meme. I need to say what I want for Christmas. My problem is that I am not a person who wants. I would go a get it, but even then I don't.
My Christmas tree is full of Precious Moments ornaments. I collect one every year. Ever since I got married. Last year I didn't get the chance to pick it up. Now I am missing a year.

Its like a New set of Eyes! So yesterday my husband was schedued for Lasik Surgery. He has been wanting this for so long. We set up a consulation visit last months and did all the pre op appoints that were needed.
We had to go see his regular eye doctor to see how much correction he needed and explained the different procedures that could be done. We decided on the Mini Mono. Which is slight under correcting the weak eye so he would not need reading glasses in a few years.

I have been working with International Clients. They have been great, but for most of these transactions they have been in there country. So all is left for me.
Now from the beginning they were here and we looked at many different homes. They were only here for a week. So we didn't havae much time. And we were not only looking for one, we were looking for two. Both were or shall I say are buying homes.

Guess you know by now how much I love to stare at the clouds. Take my camera everywhere with me. Seems everywhere I go the clouds look different. And if I don't have my camera, at least I have my iPhone.
This pictures was taken with the phone. Seemed I forgot the camera or was it because the battery was dead. I can't recall, but this one came out just as nice!

I have been using gmail now for awhile. I have so many emails in there, I don't like to delete emails on files I am working on or with my past deals and so on.
The problem I have is that there is to many emails in there now and they are all over the place. I know that there is a way to make folder of them, but haven't been able to figure it out.

So every year my husband and I get into an agruement about a Christmas tree. You see, he always wants to buy a fake pre lite tree. And to me what I think is that if you get a fake tree, then we get a fake Christmas.
