This is what happens when you do Mortgage Fraud! - 12/30/08 07:07 PM
Back in July I posted about a local Mortgage Broker who was being convicted of mortgage fraud. I have gotten several comments from friends of his that he was innocent and his name was just being taken through the mud. Well today in the paper this is what I found: U.S. District Judge William Dimitrouleas said Anthony Dehaney, 57, led a plan that cost banks millions and his sentence should send a signal to others tempted to skirt the law "to make a quick easy buck." The sentence--among the toughest to date in a mortgage fraud case--exceeds a prosecutor's

I'm sure you are wondering? - 12/28/08 02:21 PM
I'm sure some of you have been wondering what happened to me. Last week on Sunday I had tweeted I was admitted to the hospital with severe abdominal pain. I had it for two days, was not able to walk and all. So here is what happen. I went in around 9 am with such bad pain that the ER doctor couldn't even exam me. Within the hour I had an x-ray, ultrasound, and CT done. Which in a ER is very fast! Came back from all the test and the doctor tried again and I couldn't take it. He then

Again back and forth I was between the title company and the lawyers office. Not the lawyer of course! But indeed I got an email that the final documents were back from the sellers (bank) and were all signed! The lawyer signed the HUD statements and we are good. WE CLOSED!!! YEAH BABY! Now I need to go through this all over again for my client/ customer's brother who we are getting ready

Happy Birthday Anissa! - 12/16/08 02:36 PM
iXplore The World Today is my daughter's birthday. She has been in New York for a week now and is coming home today. I have been making preprations for her. I re did her room from top to bottom. Took me all weekend to do it, and did the finishing touches today. She spent the week with her cousins, who she terribly misses. So when my mother in law said she was going to NY and would it be possible to take her both myself and my husband were more than happy to, figure it would be a great birthday

Butterfly World ~ Holiday of Lights - 12/12/08 06:42 PM
Last month I posted about a bike ride through Butterfly World for the Holiday of LIghts. We never made it to it. It was to cold that night and the kiddos were sick. So we decided the other night to take the car and drive through it. I loved the kids reactions. They have never been through it before and loved all the different lights that were up. Of course I recorded some of it for you. How could I not! I wish you all a very Happy Holiday!!

But this letter is strictly for moms. So to all the Moms here on the Rain, this is for us!! Dear Santa, I've been a good mom all year. I've fed, cleaned and cuddled my children On demand, visited the doctor's office more than my doctor and sold Sixty-two cases of candy bars to raise money to plant a shade tree on The schoolplayground. OK I got tagged a second time by my dear friend Midori Miller! I have said before its hard for me to want. But the other day I saw a commerical and really like the piece of jewlery that they were advertising. So it got me wanting something like this. So here is my Christmas MEME! The Christmas MeMe Rules: You have to name one gift you would like to have on Christmas. It has to be an object. We all want happiness for Christmas. If you could pick one single gift out for yourself-what would it

My Christmas MEME! - 12/09/08 08:42 AM
OK I was tagged by Dinah Lee Griffery for a Christmas Meme. I need to say what I want for Christmas. My problem is that I am not a person who wants. I would go a get it, but even then I don't. My Christmas tree is full of Precious Moments ornaments. I collect one every year. Ever since I got married. Last year I didn't get the chance to pick it up. Now I am missing a year. So if I could get the chance I would try to grab this. This is the only thing I would want!

Its like a New set of Eyes! - 12/06/08 03:52 PM
Its like a New set of Eyes! So yesterday my husband was schedued for Lasik Surgery. He has been wanting this for so long. We set up a consulation visit last months and did all the pre op appoints that were needed. We had to go see his regular eye doctor to see how much correction he needed and explained the different procedures that could be done. We decided on the Mini Mono. Which is slight under correcting the weak eye so he would not need reading glasses in a few years. You see if you correct both eyes, when you

What do you do for your Clients? - 12/04/08 07:58 PM
I have been working with International Clients. They have been great, but for most of these transactions they have been in there country. So all is left for me. Now from the beginning they were here and we looked at many different homes. They were only here for a week. So we didn't havae much time. And we were not only looking for one, we were looking for two. Both were or shall I say are buying homes. Both placed offers, one was accepted the other was not. At this time they had gone back home. And if I don't have my camera, at least I have my iPhone. This pictures was taken with the phone. Seemed I forgot the camera or was it because the battery was dead. I can't recall, but this one came out just as nice! Enjoy!

The problem I have is that there is to many emails in there now and they are all over the place. I know that there is a way to make folder of them, but haven't been able to figure it out. Finding a Christmas Tree! - 12/01/08 06:11 AM
So every year my husband and I get into an agruement about a Christmas tree. You see, he always wants to buy a fake pre lite tree. And to me what I think is that if you get a fake tree, then we get a fake Christmas. Now don't get me wrong if you have a fake tree that is your preference. But I have never liked a fake tree. We went to Home Depot, Target, and Wal-Mart. And he kept pointing to all these different trees. My daughter even kept telling daddy, No we don't like the fake tree. we
