broward: Our New Turtle.. - 06/09/09 11:04 AM
We found a Turtle in front of my house the other day. We got a tank for it and we named him Prince Comit.
The kids are so happy about it, they won't leave him alone. I am happy to see it. It is a baby turtle and they will be able to watch him grow.

OK the other day you read my rant on not being able to find my buyers a house. We went back and forth and all over Coral Springs, then to Plantation and then ended up back in Coral Springs to a house I showed them a day before and recorded for them a week prior.
I had tried to figure out what was it that I couldn't find. I read all the signs they were giving and pulling up homes that I thought that suited them perfectly. When we came across this one in Coral Springs I thought this is it. … (12 comments)

Have you been looking for a house and wondered what school district it was in? Wondered how well that school performed or how other parents thought about the school?
Well there is a really great site GreatSchools.net. You can find every school in the Nation. You plug in the address of the potenial home and boom there is your school, from Elementary to High School.
Pretty neat, you see sometimes the MLS does not have the school the home is zoned for, this site makes that much easier to figure out.

School Board members voted to change attendance zones for seven schools, including two controversial moves that will take students from Riverglades Elementary School in Parkland and from Lyons Creek Middle School in Coconut Creek. Next year, 250 students will move from Riverglades to Park Trails Elementary School in Parkland, and 98 students from Lyons Creek to Margate Middle School. Join us for the official end of the 2008-2009 Tamarac Youth Soccer season. The event will take place on March 28th from 12pm to 4pm at the Tamarac Sports Complex.

Yesterday I was getting ready to meet with buyers in Sunrise. I dressed up in somewhat purple slacks and a purple shirt. But none of my shoes seemed to go with my outfit. so I threw on a pair of shoes and headed out to Payless before I would meet up with them.
