OK I have been working on a deal. I have the buyer and they wrote up a contract for a home in Coral Springs. Things were great. The have great credit, he is a federal agent and other things.
It took us a while to find the right house as you are aware from previous post. But once we found the right house it was smooth sailing. I was there for the inspection, since they are in another state. I sent the file to the title company and to the Mortgage broker.

Today I met with another set of buyers, also for Coral Springs. We met at 10 am and was on our way. We saw 5 homes, at this point I had already seen most of the inventory so I was able to let them know certain qualities about the home. Which they were able to see. OK the other day you read my rant on not being able to find my buyers a house. We went back and forth and all over Coral Springs, then to Plantation and then ended up back in Coral Springs to a house I showed them a day before and recorded for them a week prior.

On Sunday I met with buyers that I have been speaking with on the phone over the last few weeks. They drove in from out of town for a few days to look at some homes. They finally got a job transfer and are finally ready to buy.
We spent all day Sunday looking at the list we had and even drove through some neighborhoods so they got a better understanding of the different communities. Most of the homes were ok. One would like the house while the other was so so with it.

OK I had a great weekend. I met with 3 different buyers. We are not just talking about buyers you are just browsing through. I am talking about buyers ready to put in contracts. They just need the right home.
First buyer was in the Tamarac, Coral Springs for: Town home or condo. And by the looks of it, we may already have found the one they were looking for. Just will look at two more tom.

Back in July I posted about a local Mortgage Broker who was being convicted of mortgage fraud. I have gotten several comments from friends of his that he was innocent and his name was just being taken through the mud. Well today in the paper this is what I found:

Bicycle through the Holiday Fantasy of Lights for this one night only at a cost of $5 per bicycle.
The Holiday Fantasy of Lights is usually a drive thru (with your car) event but this night only bicyclists can pedal leisurely through larger than life animated light displays. So I got an email from a fellow rainer last night saying Halloween was going to suck with a picture in the email. I must agree with her on this.
But at the same time, luckily we don't trickor treating within the neighorhoods. I take the kids to the local mall. The Coral Square mall located in Coral Springs. For the last 4 years that is where we go. I get there early enough before the big kids show up and leave early.
