I want to take this time to Thank everyone here. All your emails and your tweets and a few voice mail messages. I am blessed to have such great realtionships.
Thank you Midori for your special post and everyone who commented. The surgery went well. I am in pain, but recovering well. I just got back home and the Dr said I must stay in bed for the next week.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Daytona Beach and visiting with Midori. Now I know that there are some states that are still getting snow.
Living in Florida we have the pleasure of visiting the beach on any given day. Well today it was Daytona Beach and I am making a challenge to myself to bring you more photos of my local beaches in South Florida, so stay tuned for those.

Back when I was in the Makeover to Takeover contest one of my submissions was the pre listing package. I am still getting comments on that post and Midori is still getting calls as well.
Now if you saw the post and if you didn't here you go, there was a video email portion of me talking to Rich. I posted it to youtube and since I have the iPhone I get youtube right on the main screen.

Midori has become one of my closet friends since the Makeover2Taker over contest and not a day goes by without speaking with her. I still call her on advice on a deal, contract, or other things.

midori miller: I finally got to meet my MENTOR!!!! - 07/14/08 12:54 PM
So I finally got to meet my mentor this weekend. Her parents were renewing there 50th wedding vows. I had the honor of attending. Met her family and friends and she got to meet my 2 yr old who always pops his head into the webcam to say hello to her while we work.
It was great to see her in person. It felt like being part of the family. They gave chocolate to my little one and he just loved them for it.

OK I know lots of you are looking to find out what Midori and I came up with. She posted yesterday some of what we did. I was going to yesterday, but I was fried and needed to relax! What a week. Like I said the other day, when we got this challenge I knew it was going to be hard for me since I had no listing presentation. I pretty much would wing it. Wow week two challenge is over and today is the day we find out the results. I can't tell you how much work this week was. As Midori mentioned yesterday I had no listing presentation together. I am with a small broker and usually would use just the CMA that came with the MLS for a listing presentation. So I had to start from scratch. Having to research and gather all stats and figure out what I was going to use.
