OK the other day you read my rant on not being able to find my buyers a house. We went back and forth and all over Coral Springs, then to Plantation and then ended up back in Coral Springs to a house I showed them a day before and recorded for them a week prior.
I had tried to figure out what was it that I couldn't find. I read all the signs they were giving and pulling up homes that I thought that suited them perfectly. When we came across this one in Coral Springs I thought this is it. … (12 comments)

I have a listing for a short sale in Plantation, Fl. I have had it under contract now since early September. It has taken this long to get an aprroval letter.
Going back and forth with the bank is gruesome to say the least. Every time you call the bank you get someone else. You finally get a negioator but you don't have direct contact with this person till after about 14 days after they get the contract. Then they order the BPO, so they can't talk to you till after that comes in.

Broward County will host the third annual Hurricane Expo on Saturday, May 31, 2008, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., at the Broward County Emergency Operations Center (EOC), 201 N.W. 84th Ave., Plantation.
The event is free and open to the public.
The expo traditionally features exhibitors, including businesses, governments and other agencies, who will provide valuable hurricane preparedness information. Yesterday I posted about Trulia and how I found a buyer. Well this buyer registered on my website for single family homes in East Plantation. He had been receiving matches to what he was looking for and we set up a date this past Friday to go look as some of them. Well it turns out for some reason one of the homes didn't print, and would you know it was the one he really wanted to see.
