blogging for buyers: Blogging Has Become my Business Card! - 03/30/16 04:00 AM
Yes, Blogging has become my business card over the last few years. I remember one of the first things that I did as a new agent was to have a 1000 business cards made with my brokerage and contact information. I was told to pass out at least 10 per day, and go make more when those 1000 were all gone. I passed them out to family, friends, and associates from my previous career at the lab where I had worked for eleven years prior to becoming a real estate agent in 2002.

blogging for buyers: Will Blogging Establish an Online Presence? - 11/21/14 02:01 AM
Yes, I know it will for a fact.  I recently read an excellent post by a Newbie in our community which was titled, ”How to use a Blog to establish your online presence”. All of her points were excellent, but the biggest omission was the fact that you need to have a Rainmaker Account to reach the public. However, the biggest concerned that I encountered with all those leads from floor time was that … (105 comments)

blogging for buyers: Referrals From Blogging Are Great! - 07/01/12 01:23 AM
Referrals From Blogging Are Great! If you are still undecided if blogging actually works, I can honestly tell you that my blogging has lead to some nice referrals, and I have recently closed three transactions, which were all referrals from other Active Rain members. Two of them were listing referrals, and they were estate sales, and great handyman specials, which investors immediately made cash offers on both of them. We all love those cash offers, since they generally lead to those quick closings. Although, they were small deals, I know my sellers were very satisfied with the whole process from contract to … (78 comments)

blogging for buyers: How to Attract Buyers with Your Blogging!! - 03/19/12 06:40 AM
How to Attract Buyers with Your Blogging!!Thanks to my friend, and fellow AR Rainmaker, Fred Carver, I thought I would share my thoughts on “How your Blogging Can be Used to Attract Buyers”. Fred was nice enough to suggest this topic for helping and encouraging New Members, or even those not so New, who need to increase their business.First, of all. You need to blog what you already know. Those market and community reports that informs the public about what has sold, and what homes are still available in the various neighborhoods in your market area. Beautiful graphs and charts are … (31 comments)
