Working for a real estate TEAM - 04/26/07 08:19 AM
I wanted to post a question and get some responses from other AR's. When forming a TEAM, do you believe that agents on your TEAM should be given leads?
I've heard many new people join TEAMs to have that direct accountabilty and built in lead generation where the TEAM leader may be so busy that they have business falling off their plate.
However, recently I came in contact with an agent who gets nothing from her TEAM as far as leads and wondered why be on a TEAM if you would have a better split on your own in the same office.

Broker Class Update - 04/21/07 07:04 AM
Hi Everyone-
As you may remember, I had a blog post regarding my decision to go for my broker's license. I wanted to give you an update on how the class is going.
There are a total of 5 modules for the course. We are now through 3 of the 5.
This has all been new to me with not being in a classroom environment since my high schoool days. (Long time ago :-)
Luckily it's only one day per week. Still it's been tough trying to stay attentitive for 8 hours straight.
We have a good teacher. He's taught me alot on how to test.
