No homes were sold in Breamoor Heights, a gated neighborhood in the Summerlin master plan in Las Vegas, NV during the 4th quarter of 2007. Even so, 2007 activity was up 29%, with nine homes sold in 2007, compared to seven homes in 2006.
Just two homes are currently listed for sale, indicating a solid seller's market. Breamoor Heights consists of 120 one-story homes from 2,414 to over 3,100 square feet, built from 1998 to 2000. Lot sizes range from 8,961 square feet up to 1/4 acre and more, and homes generally sell from the low 500's to the high 600's.

Home sales activity in Breamoor Heights, a neighborhood in the Summerlin master plan in Las Vegas, NV was level for the third quarter of 2007. Two homes closed, equaling the results of the 2nd quarter, but down from five in the 1st quarter.
Prices seem to have stabilized as well, with the range running from the high 500's to the mid 600's. Only two homes are currently listed for sale, which strongly favors sellers in this gated community. Homes in Breamoor Heights have lot sizes from 8,961 square feet up to 1/4 acre and more.

While two sales may seem low, pirces seem to have stabilized. With existing resale inventory remaining at 5 homes, the balanced market still gives buyers a few choices in this gated community. Homes in Breamoor Heights have lot sizes from 8,961 square feet up to 1/4 acre and more.
