concordia at deer springs: Concordia at Deer Springs market report - 4th quarter, 2007 - 01/13/08 11:35 PM

Home sales activity in Concordia at Deer Springs, a neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas, NV was dismal with just one home sold in the 4th quarter of 2007. This brought the total for the year to 11 homes, down 8% from the 12 homes sold in 2006.
An existing resale inventory of 7 homes (plus 3 with accepted offers) strongly favors buyers. Homes in Concordia at Deer Springs have convenient access to the I-215 Beltway and are close to Red Rock and Mount Charleston for plenty of outdoor recreation fun.

Home sales activity in Concordia at Deer Springs, a neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas, NV was dismal in the third quarter of 2007. No homes closed, compared to six in the 2nd quarter and four in the 1st. The last closing in this subdivision took place on June 28th. Overall this is one unit ahead of the first nine months of 2006.
Fourteen homes are currently listed for sale, indicating that a few previous sellers have taken their homes off the market. The drought in sales activity is a strong sign from the market that sellers need to adjust their prices in order to generate showings and … (0 comments)

Home sales activity in Concordia at Deer Springs, a neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas, NV showed mixed results in the second quarter of 2007. On the positive side, six homes closed in the 2nd quarter, compared to four in the 1st quarter.
On the negative side, existing resale inventory increased from 12 to 17 homes (plus 1 with an accepted offer) which strongly favors buyers. In order to get homes sold, sellers will need to price aggressively, give the home maximum marketing exposure, and keep their homes in top showing condition. Homes in Concordia at Deer Springs have convenient access to the I-215 Beltway and are close to Red Rock and Mount Charleston for plenty of outdoor recreation fun.
